Note: A release code without its destination can conceal a custody transfer, so request both fields whenever the jail keeps them.

Tillman Release Records After Expungement
Oklahoma uses two processes that should not be confused. A full expungement under 22 O.S. §18 can seal the arrest record from public access, subject to the statute. A deferred-sentence update under 22 O.S. §991(c) changes the disposition to “pled not guilty, case dismissed,” but does not by itself erase the arrest record. Court, arrest, and image visibility may therefore change at different times.

Oklahoma VINE is a free, confidential custody-status and notification service available by phone, web, and mobile app. Search for one person, compare the reporting agency and identifiers, and read the exact status language. A no-result may stem from spelling, delay, transfer, restricted data, an outage, or the source feed. It does not prove release.
VINE can report release, transfer, escape, apprehension, and death. Registering can provide phone, email, SMS, in-app, or TTY notice where offered. Phone registration uses a four-digit PIN to acknowledge the call. VINE may retry an unacknowledged call for up to 24 hours. It does not provide Oklahoma parole-hearing notice; the Pardon and Parole Board uses a separate program.

The service does not advertise a fixed LEC stop, same-day pickup, fare, or release schedule in the cited material. Call before the expected event and ask whether a prearranged pickup at 1200 S. Main can be served. No public source established a family waiting area, release door, or regular release hour at LEC.
Note: Transportation should be arranged only after staff confirms a community release rather than a transfer to another custodian.
Federal Tillman Release Searches
The BOP locator covers federal custody, not routine Tillman County bookings. A past release date with no facility, or a location of “RELEASED,” means the person is no longer in BOP custody. It does not prove that federal supervision ended or that no other agency holds the person. “IN TRANSIT,” “UNKNOWN,” and a future date do not establish a completed release.
ICE’s locator serves current detention and some recent releases, but a no-result is inconclusive. A Tillman departure after an ICE detainer may be a transfer into civil immigration custody. Tillman County Release Facilities
The Tillman County Law Enforcement Center is the only locally documented long-term detention facility found. Frederick police may arrest and book through the county jail, but no separate long-term municipal jail or city release archive was verified.
