Tillman County 72-Hour Release Gap
No official Tillman County 72-hour release feed was found. There is no distinct three-day URL, no published set of fields, no update schedule, and no online retention policy. The official sheriff page has an office homepage and sheriff-sales navigation, plus links to ODOC and Oklahoma VINE. The county's separate Law Enforcement Center page does not supply a rolling release list.

A 72-hour query is still useful. It gives the sheriff a clear period for locating existing release logs or booking records, especially when the reader missed a same-day event. Yet the result must be read as a set of custody departures until each entry is classified. Tillman LEC has a documented contract-housing role, so some people leaving the building may return to another county, enter ODOC, or move under federal or tribal authority.
Request Tillman Three-Day Releases
Use fixed timestamps. A request for “the weekend” can be unclear when a holiday, late-night order, or delayed jail entry crosses a date boundary. State the beginning and ending date and time, then ask for existing records that show release or departure events within that interval. The county page names Sheriff Oscar Juanes. - Request the release date and time, release reason, booking number, and receiving agency or destination for each relevant entry.
- For one person, include full name, aliases, date of birth, booking date, and case or booking number when available.
- Check Oklahoma VINE and the Tillman County court docket to explain each event, then follow any named receiving agency.
The office publishes no dedicated request form, fee list, records-custodian name, or response deadline on its sheriff page. Ask about the preferred delivery channel and costs first. Oklahoma law permits access to specified law-enforcement information if it is kept, but it does not require the sheriff to create a special three-day report.

Three clocks may not match. The court order time can come first, the jail's administrative release entry later, and physical exit later still. VINE depends on the reporting source update and can also lag. For a completed release, the sheriff's timestamp should be reconciled with the legal order and any destination record.
Note: Ask for the destination field with every departure so a transfer is not counted as a community release.
Tillman Weekend Release Checks
A three-day range is most valuable when office closures or missed notices have created a gap in the reader's knowledge. It can span Friday through Monday, but no Tillman source publishes a standard weekend or holiday release policy. There is also no researched standard release hour, public waiting area, exit door, or rule that moves a discharge to a weekday. Those facts must come from LEC staff for the actual booking.
Do not infer door time from a docket entry. A judge may sign an order before the jail completes identity checks, bond processing, hold review, property handling, or transport arrangements. The official sources do not quantify that lag. Likewise, a status update posted on the next business day does not by itself move the physical event to that day. Request the recorded release time.
Can a three-day result include a transfer? Yes. Release from one agency's custody is not always return to the community. Ask whether Tillman LEC released the person on bond, completed a sentence, or delivered them to a named agency.
Tillman Release Roster Limits
Tillman's official sheriff site publishes neither a live roster nor a recent-release archive. That local web gap means no official source promises that an entry stays visible for 72 hours. A name's absence cannot prove release. It could reflect a transfer to ODOC, another jail, USMS, or ICE, as well as another status change.
Commercial roster and mugshot directories appeared during research, but they are not official Tillman County feeds. Their dates, photos, phone details, and retention claims can be stale or generic. Do not use them to assign an exact release time or reason. A primary record from the sheriff, court, ODOC, VINE, BOP, or ICE is the proper confirmation.
Oklahoma's Open Records Act is also not an online-publication mandate. Section 24A.8 concerns categories of law-enforcement information available if kept. It does not force Tillman County to create a rolling database. A precise request for an existing record respects that boundary and gives the agency a clear search target.

Oklahoma VINE supports a person-specific status check through the state portal and 877-654-8463. Match the person by more than a name, select the correct agency, and read the exact result. A release alert means the source reported a custody event. It does not necessarily explain whether another authority took custody at once. A no-result is not proof of release.

For an ODOC transfer, wait for intake processing and search by name, then use the DOC number to resolve identity. For federal or immigration transfer, the county release entry should name the destination when that field is kept. Continue in that system rather than calling the Tillman departure a completed community release.
Older events depend more on formal records and the permanent court trail. The Tillman County Court Clerk states that District Court proceedings and appearance dockets are kept permanently. A sealed or expunged case may properly yield less public information, so search absence must be described with care.
Read Tillman Release Types Carefully
“Bond” means the person left pretrial detention under court conditions. It does not end the charge. “Own recognizance” and another court-ordered release are also pretrial mechanisms unless the case record says more. “Time served,” expiration, or sentence complete concerns a custodial term. “Dismissed” describes a case or charge action, but other holds may still exist.
“Transfer” means custody continues elsewhere. An ODOC destination moves the search to Oklahoma corrections. USMS or BOP identifies a federal path. An ICE destination is an immigration-custody handoff, not community release. Escape and death are status changes and must not be listed as normal releases.
